这张专辑在网上真的很难找到资料，搞不清来龙去脉。类似是一张回顾性质的专辑，估计当时只是极小范围内发行（官网都没有）其中的一些歌曲来自Maroon 5的前身Kara's Flowers，也有Maroon 5时期的一些歌曲，还有Live中截取的片段 个人认为这样的音乐才是Maroon 5的精髓。简单的旋律，自由的哼唱，却能让人心醉其中 推荐Woman（非常的逍遥），You Ain't Ever Coming Back（即Songs About Jane中的Through With You，神曲），Rag Doll（曾出现在Songs About Jane Special Tour Edition中，很安静，悲伤），The Fog（Kara's Flowers早期的歌曲，这首的旋律和歌词朗朗上口），My Blue Ocean（Kara's Flowers专辑的主打歌） 10 Highway To Hell (AC\u002FDC Cover) （在1.22.03.Acoustic也出现过）11 This Love (ft.
