Originally released by North Star Music in 1994, Heal of the Hand became the label's best selling CD for 1994 and 1995. The label signed Robin for 5 more recordings. After closing its doors in the mid 2000's, Robin was able to purchase back the rights to her master recordings and has been re-releasing them under her own label, playMountain Music. Robin recently toured in celebration of the album's 20th anniversary. A companion songbook is also available.
