I really don't know what happened to this wonderful duo or why they broke up but when I heard The Braids' album for the first time I fell in love with their harmonies, their soulful interpretation of original songs and the covers they did (Bohemian Rhapsody, Young Americans, The Wind). There is a clean sound to their R&B\u002Fhip hop style that you don't hear on the radio these days. To be concise, it is true poetry set to music.
