Matador, the second album from indie-pop singer\u002Fsongwriter Joel Streeter, features some notable Bay Area musical talent including Jim Bogios of Counting Crows on drums and Jerry Becker, multi-instrumentalist for Train, returning to produce as he did on Joel’s debut, Hear Me Out.
