This is the first debut album featuring the experimental sound of a gayageum artist Kim Do-yeon who is actively performing on the world stage.Kim Do-yeon, a gayageum player who has been recognized not only for traditional Korean music such as folk music and traditional music but also contemporary improvisation music, free music, contemporary music and jazz, and a wide range of musical performances in domestic and foreign contemporary music, Joe Morrin, Anthony Coleman The Stone and Boston Museum of Fine Arts showcase the Korean gayageum to international audiences through performances.In this album, the first works by Kim Do-yeon will be released to the public in Korea, Chase Morrin, a jazz pianist from Harvard and Berkeley, participated in the collaboration. The two musicians will collaborate to showcase new types of gayageum music.When Kim studied at Seoul National University, he studied at the Gayageum Lee Ji Young, and was the first Korean classical musician to graduate from the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston.
