Ceremony are Paul Baker and John Fedowitz from Fredericksburg, Virginia, USA. Previously they were known as Skywave together with Oliver Ackermann ( frontman and singer of A Place To Bury Strangers). Shoegaze guitar walls, drone and noise with a 'punch in your face' feeling, garnished with catchy melodic hooks, synthlines and vocals. Safranin Sounds features the untitled debut CD-R EP from 2005 and the Disappear CD-R Album from 2007 (both released on Safranin in the US) plus previously unreleased bonus tracks. The release is available as CD and double vinyl too.
