The original mix is a vocal House track; at times twisted, acidic, with the man himself on the mic. Haunting & groovy with an understated, old school ethos that switches between deep & angry effortlessly! Highly original & quirky but laden with an infectious groove that stays with you long after first listen. ‘The Knuggs Version’ is a punchier and yet more minimal take on the original which loses the groovy percussion from the original and is more kick drum driven. When all is said and done though, as much as I really enjoyed the original version the outstanding cut on here really is the ‘UUB’ mix which runs at a far higher pace with a big, driving bassline guaranteed to rip up any discerning dancefloor. Ghostly melodies work their way in & out of the mix as Bad’s trademark 'masterful percussion' does its thing. This version benefits greatly from the addition of some great keys and the vocals are nicely rearranged to give a more upbeat feel.
