Noise of Art is widely recognised as London's leading art and electronic music collective. This first release in partnership with the British Film Institute, sees Noise of Art recreat EA Dupont's late 20's night-life classic. 'Piccadilly Nite Versions #1' sees a deep disco soundtrack, by Les Hommes du Train, being set to Overlap's re-edited short version of the film, with some unexpected results. Piccadilly Nites Version #1 has already been chosen for live screenings at the East London Film Festival and the Brighton Festival. The film was shot in London clubs in 1928 as the last recession was breaking. And that's not the only simularity.
