Born in the former home of Communism, Moscow, Daenine is only 17 years old, but has made one of the largest impacts on the underground EDM scene thus far. Anton Gariaev to friends and family, the producer began to pick up music production at the young age of eleven, at the time then programming the bass and drums for a friend’s rock band that had only guitarists. Fast forward a year into the future, then twelve, the producer began to experiment with different sounds and began to produce techno, trance, and ultimately building up an album entitled “Elemental”, that would be self released on iTunes several years later. With the uprising of America’s beloved dubstep, the producer became inspired to try the genre that would go on to win a Grammy in 2012.
So where did the rise of this now great producer begin? It started when Daenine was featured on Getty Images Music, licensing one of his tracks to them for royalty free use. His presence began to thicken, so much that he obtained a collaboration with The Maniac Agenda (who went on to perform at Camp Bisco 12 of 2013). This track, formally known as “Blades (Nothing Left to Say)” released in late August of 2012, and charted #8 in Beatport’s Dubstep charts, staying in the Top 100 for over two weeks. Daenine would later go on to release his self-released “Deformington EP”, receiving recognition by channels such as VitalFM, spreading around forums as a powerhouse, and later being featured on WompWorthy.com (where he would become an official artist shortly there after). More recently, Daenine has released his remix of past label mate, Aylius’ “Psychotic”, and his original mix “Target Finder” with a remix competition held for it by Argofox Creative Commons. Lastly, the producer released VIPs (edits) of his tracks “More Blast” & “Fresher Memory”, now both featuring vocals from the lovely Melissa Pixel. Both songs hit #1 in two different sections on Beatport, Dubstep & Drum & Bass, and also surpassing the likes of Armin Van Buuren and more in the overall releases. One could say he’s accomplished many things at such a young age, and others could say he’s just getting started. Be on the lookout, Daenine is here!
