Priya took her training of Hindustani Classical Vocal from Gandharva Mahavidyalaya (Mumbai) and Western Music from Trinity College of London. 
 
At an age of 6, when kids are busy schooling she was performing on stage and that was just the beginning of the journey which included winning various college festivals, being on air (radio), winning zee shows like (Saregama, Antakshari, Saregama Gujarati) and Zoom TV show (Har dil jo pyar karega). 
 
She has been performing with Anandji's group (Kalyanji-Anandji Fame) since last 15 years in India and abroad. She has done more than 2500 shows with celebrities like Sunidhi Chauhan, Aditya Narayan, Shaan, Daler Mehndi etc
