Alex Sardo, aka TIGHTTRAXX, has exactly that: TIGHT-TRAXX! Beginning his career as a ghost producer, he quickly gained notoriety performing in the duo, DSKOTEK. Having won the first ever Insomniac's Discovery Project in 2012, DSKOTEK went on to play EDC Las Vegas 2012 & 2013, Nocturnal Wonderland 2012, Motive's 420 Fest, and countless others. With the growing diversity of genres in EDM, Alex decided to embark on a solo project to experiment with new sounds. Thus began TIGHTTRAXX! Starting out the gate with lightning speed, his first release was a remix with ETC!ETC! of Yellow Claw's "Dj Turn It Up," which was supported by Steve Aoki, Borgore, Diplo, Showtek, and Major Lazer, as well as Yellow Claw themselves, to name a few. He went on to release tracks under Ultra Music, Dim Mak, Owsla, Firepower, and Play Me, gaining him widespread popularity in the bass music scene. Having played in cities all over the US, as well as Mexico and Canada, TIGHTTRAXX's forte is making people dance, from the mainstream to the underground.
