A Cloud Forest is an atmospheric & depressive black metal project from Arizona that formed in June/July of 2009. Born of sorrow, born of pain. 
We self released a limited edition 5 song demo CD titled "Do Not Stand at My Grave and Weep" in Feb 2010 followed by a full length, 50 minute CD titled "Through the Eyes of the Ambivalent" on Oct 31, 2010. 
In March of 2011 a new vocalist was added and, on July 23, 2011, we released the album "These Mournful Days" on Silence and Solitude Records & Depressive Illusions Records. This was followed up with the recently released "October's Overture" EP which we released in Feb 2012 on Silence and Solitude Records. 
Currently we are working on writing and recording new material for a limited edition split LP with Lamentations of the Ashen that will be cominig out in mid 2012. And sometime in late 2012 we will be releasing a split LP with the band Moloch from the Ukraine.
