Seamus一直被称作poor Seamus，2006年他们发行了自己的第一张专辑《Sidney 5 miles》。谈到这张专辑，Seamus很高兴自己能在一些车站听到专辑的曲目，已经非常满足了。 
正如Seamus所说，第一张专辑发行之后，乐队的很多人都离开了，因此音乐的风格发生了很大的变化。不过正如我们在不断成长一样，Seamus也在不断的成长。 
Million Ways To F uck Up是专辑的主打歌同时也是专辑的名称。随着Seamus的节奏想起，享受着夏日的午后片刻的清凉，乐哉！ 
 
We used to be called Poor Seamus. Then I guess we got tired of being so poor. Now we're just Seamus. We made our first album, Sidney 5 miles, in 2006. Some stations even played it, YleX for example. We also had this great animation video for Them Star. Check it out... But a lot has changed since then - half of the people in the band for example. And the music has changed as well. Or should I say grown – as we have grown as people, as songwriters and as a band. 'Million ways to fuck up' is the name of the first single from our second album and also the name of the album. The single is out now. The album will be out in February. Enjoy!
