A TALENTED teenager from Kenilworth is dreaming of taking the UK music scene by storm.
 
Sophie Callahan has already generated more than half a million views on her Youtube channel and after signing to Rebirth Music Group (RMG) is now set to release a new single.
 
The track, entitled Another One, is described as emotional ballad and comes from her forthcoming EP called 'Freeze Time'.
 
Influenced by the likes of Jessie J, Adele, Rihanna and particularly Eminem – whose lyrical style and storytelling ability she has always admired – Sophie started singing properly in 2009, coaxed by family and friends who believed she had a distinctive voice which needed to be heard.
 
But the 18-year-old's love of singing started much earlier.
 
Sophie, who attended Kenilworth School and Sports College and is now studying at Kenilworth Castle Sixth Form, said: “As far back as I can remember I have always been singing. My early memories stem back to the younger Britney Spears, singing along to Baby One More Time and other pop songs in the car and around the house."
