the state of Maine lies the small, agricultural town of Livermore with a population of roughly two-thousand people. It is here, within the confines of a humble home studio, where sibling songwriters Joel & Janna recorded their debut album The High Road for a 2008 release. Since then, the duo has toured all over New England, performing concerts from local churches to SoulFest—at one point, playing 60 shows in less than 6 months. Joel&Janna’s effort paid off and their music garnered a great response from fans, climbing to #1 on the PureVolume Christian charts for two consecutive weeks. 
As the next stage in their music career begins to unfold, their free single “Don’tWithholdYourLove,” represents their growth musically and spiritually. “When I look at the example of Jesus, seeing how He gave up everything for you and me,” Janna says, “my defense of feeling justified and right totally collapses and I am compelled to forgive.” Joel&Janna’s new song illustrates this forgiveness as they spread the message of Christ to all who will listen.
