I’ll be home for Christmas when the snowman has melted away
I don’t want to hear Christmas songs on the radio every single day
And no hyper kids screaming for the gifts Santa didn’t bring
After grandma downs another egg-nogg please don’t let her sing
Dang it’s a hum-bug Christmas
I’m dreaming of a white Christmas where the sand is soft and warm
I don’t like the cold and digging through the snow while blizzards swarm
Where city drivers use curse words in a cheerful tone
And the solitude of peace is bliss when I’m all alone
Dang it’s a hum-bug Christmas
I’ll have a blue blue Christmas
Like I did when you broke my heart
I had fun Christmas night with that guy in red and tore Santa apart
And I slept in jail with new friends who will remember
All the hurt you gave to me they will call they have your number
Dang it’s a hum-bug Christmas
Have yourself a merry little Christmas the dog and I have moved away
I gave your gifts to strangers on Christmas eve the asked them to stay
I’m the grinch and scrooge all in one so hum-bug to you
May your days be merry and bright heck no I hope you’re blue
Dang it’s a hum-bug Christmas
I wish everyone a hum-bug Christmas
