The pure, the unruly

Odd whisper defies

All my will to survive

But the tension

Of holy distraction

Is glowing, is flowing

And raising my mind

What is true and what’s a lie

We all want to see the divine

We follow a tune

To dissolve for awhile

What is good and what is vile

We do what we do

Just to feel something new

Catch a vibe

In a fleeting reflection

Its channeling goes

Puncturing space and time

Queens of illusion

A dance of our fusion

Is breathing desire
